Default My Luck-

I just finished sorting through the boxes I bought at sale. I got
a lot of nice old machinist tools and measuring instruments. In
the grime and junk in the bottom of the box was a stag handled
4 blade knife. Poor condition, it's marked Queen City. One Stag
scale is missing and blades are rusty. This knife had class, but
is beyond saving I fear.

It's a "if this knife could talk" kinda' pocket knife.

Keep it. Put it in the tool box & it still has some use left in it.

Congress pattern. Those blades have been sharpened a lot. You could learn a lot about that knife on Bladeforums, and get some advice about flushing the joints and cleaning the knife without over-cleaning, or whether just to leave it alone.
