Default M1911A1 figure 3 sectional view paper

Last summer I stopped in at a estate sale from a very old 3 generation farm. I grabbed some pre war (early 1940's) filed manuals in very used condition. Folded in the FM 23-35 automatic pistol caliber .45 M1911 and M1911A1 was a single folded paper that was pulled from another book or manual. It says figure 3 -- Automatic pistol caliber .45 M1911A1, sectional view. ORD11518 (face p. 6).

I am curious as to where this page was pulled from. Anyone familiar with it?

These were Corp. Abel's books from either Hudsonville or Zeeland, MI.

Thanks!

That's pretty cool. Looks like the manuals once belonged to a Corporal Abel.

Don't know where the cutaway drawing came from. Wish I did. If I had that sheet, I'd have it matted and framed...hang it on my wall.
