need help with dating a series 70 colt
I picked up a series 70 gov't model in 9mm at Tulsa and none of my references go past 1969. the ser nr is 70L25538. thanks in advance. lee

My little Colt guide indicates 1981, with 9MM serial numbers starting at 25219 that year.
