Default Tranter doubletrigger 2e model

On the last gunshow in Holland I found this very nice Tranter doubletrigger 2 model revolver. I could not resist. I have to find out who made it. There is a Tranter Patent stamp on the trigger, Birmingham proofmarks and a serialnumber ends on a T. Nothing more on it. I love the doubletrigger. You cock the hammer with the lower trigger and fire with the trigger inside the triggerguard. Date somewhere 1853. There is no loading lever on it. That was a loose part wich could be clipped on the small stud on the left side of the revolver. More info about this piece is always welcom.

Found it. Tranter is the maker. It is not a second but a first model.
