Default New Winchester knives made in USA

Anyone seen or hear about these Winchester knives? I believe they are new production and being made here in the USA. Sort of threw me off as they've been making them in China for quite some time now but they look nice and I may have to order one to see how the quality holds up.

First I've seen of them. I know Buck will be making knives for Remington in their Idaho plant starting next year but haven't heard anything about a U.S. Company making Winchester.

They are made in Ohio by Bluegrass Cutlery.

I did hear about the Remington made Buck's and am excited to see what they'll look like. It's great to see production coming back to the states.

blue grass cuttery has been making very nice Winchester knives for several years or at least they were in the 1990's they are the exact same pattern as the original Winchester knives

the ones from the early 90's were identical with an extra digit in the knife code on the blade,

the Winchester markings were same as the old knifes, but with an added acid etched Winchester marking on the side of the main blade

they are built with top grade steel and are a very collectable knife,

Bluegrass cutlery makes great knives, and have been licensed to bring back not only the Winchester brand but other prominent knife lines such as the John Primbles, Belknap's etc..

I would look for a blade code on the new knifes, if they are not present then I would be cautious of them being bluegrass knifes

It seems there are 11 different models and I'm pretty sure they're legit. I've ordered from knifecenter.com before and they don't sell knock-off's. Richard and Ky are right, they're made by Bluegrass Cutlery. Not sure what the steel is though. Also there's a video on Youtube that shows a few close ups and more detail. It appears there are blade codes on the knives.

Link to video is below:

I've never seen one but that list might be a long one. Winchester made and or put their name on a lot of stuff of the years including roller skates.

Would be interested in what grade steel is used. Probably will be a butter soft ****** steel but marketed as "American made steel that will last"

Be prepared as if production is going from China to USA one of two things is most likely to occur:

-Same quality but 3x the price
-less quality and same price
