Default Finally Caved In

1954 Winchester Standard Grade in 257 Roberts. It had been sitting at the LGS for over three months. Everything I know of is correct, even had the blanking screws still in the receiver. So doubt it had ever had a scope mounted. $1599. It sat there every time I went into the store saying "by me" I finally did.

I just went through that for two days of saying, "I don't need it, but wow do I want it."

So I bought it. 686-4 4" barrel, six shooter, pre-lock, pre-MIM parts... now I have seven of them.... or wait... is it eight?

I have to stop this, eight is enough!

Wasn't there a show called Eight Is Enough back in the "70's or "80's"? They weren't talking about Smith & Wessons though!!!!
