Default It was so cute

I went to a local pawnshop to look at this gun:

Price was good and gun was in good shape and who can resist a pocket .22.

The Pawnshop guy said he would thrown in this gun for an extra $200

Model 67 no dash, a little rough cosmetically but good mechanically, for $200 I couldn't pass it up. Gave both guns a quick cleaning and off to the range tomorrow. After the shakeout I am going to give both guns, especially the 67, good deep cleanings and try some flitz on the 67 to clean up some of the fine scratches on the gun. I also have a newer pair of finger groove combats that I may put on her.

The second one is free, just pay another fee plus shipping and handling.
I would say at $200 you got a deal.

That .22 is cute as a button, the 67 no dash was great deal, a great day for you all around. I like to hear stories like that.

Well the H&R shot pretty well on the first time out. Hard for me to see the smallish sights with my 60 yo eyes. A little sight paint should help that. I did have some FTFire in DA only. I tried three different .22lr types and got the FTFs with all three. Gave the gun a thorough cleaning and lube and will try again. It seems that I am getting better primer strikes after the cleaning and lube.

The little gun was so much fun that I just bought a .32 cousin for it on GB. This one was only $120 shipped.
