Default H&R 926

I saw this a week or so ago at the LGS. At first I thought/hoped it was a 999 in 22 LR, but no such luck. Instead it turned out to be a 926 in 38 Smith & Wesson. Doesn't matter too much I suppose, since either way I doubt I'd shoot it much.

It's a top break of course, with a 4" barrel, DA/SA action. The ejection is manual with this model. The sights are adjustable, the grips fit my hand better than S&W Magna's. There is an extension to the trigger guard that fills in the gap that a lot of us put a T-Grip in.

Mostly, I just like the look of it. The finish has a couple of signs of neglect, but otherwise doesn't appear to have been fired outside the factory.

I believe it's the same as the 999 without the ejector. Less to break. Nice gun, Larry

Pretty much, except of course, the 999 is 22 LR.
