Spyderco Dragonfly. Even though I am retired, it is used many times per day.

i too agree, I quit carrying large belt knives years ago, I've field dressed tons of deer with a razor sharp Case stockman. I have sharp belt knives in truck. When I got older I had a small back pack with stuff, instant coffee, water purifiers, fire starters parachute cord, emergency small poncho/sleeping bag and a large belt knife just in case I had to spend the night out.

Today a cell phone replaces all.

Well, yeah, I carry a SAK every day and a similar sized lockback or switchblade every day. Plus a Christie sliding blade knife attached to the key chain with my car keys. Even when I occasionally wear a belt knife it's not much bigger than those two except my belt knives have fixed blades. I used to carry them routinely but it is way easier in the world to conceal my edged tools and weapons so that's what I do.

The Damascus pictured is not a very big blade in terms of length; neither is the Arno Bernard. If I think of it I wear one of those when I go out to eat so I can use my own knife to cut a good steak. It amuses me to do that.

Another SAK carrier here... My favorite is the Craftsman...has everything I use and nothing that I don't. It is a little thicker than some of the smaller models but by carrying a little more I have to go get other tools a whole lot less.

Had a few cracks in the scales and while at the SHOT Show a few years ago went to the Victorinox booth asking about having it fixed. They said what color... Ended up with a set of their anniversary scales put on so I probably have the only Craftsman with those scales...

Another no longer made small knife is the CRKT Alaskan Carcajou. I once took apart a whole deer from gutting, to skinning, to deboning and cutting up the final steaks with this knife...

Besides the SRK I'll also usually carry a one handed opener just for the convenience...

Bob

ps...I never if possible use my folders any longer for processing fish or game...just don't like getting the mess out of the innards....

I carry a buck 110 every day no matter what, one of those screw drivers on my keys. No duplicates no gilded Lilly.

Was missing the can opener, I had a broken 4 blade camp knife so I took it apart and put the can opener on my key ring. I wanted to use a p38, but found it awkward. The p38 was always opening and wouldn't lay flat. Would you believe the broken can opener on my key ring is easier to use than a p38?

I also keep a classic sak in my watch pocket for it's scissors, file, tooth pick and tweezers.
