I know what you mean. I just bought a Police trade in M&P for a killer deal and got the 357Sig barrel for a song and now these deals come along too. I thought I'd share the wealth. Even ammo prices are a bit crazy right now. I got one offer for 6 months same as cash financing for ammo!?!

Holy cow! I didn't need to hear that!

I'm guessing I'll be looking at Walthers over the next several weeks.

There have been several media articles recently, including one in the latest American Rifleman, stating that since the 2016 election, gun and ammo sales have plummeted, and present production capacity greatly exceeds market demand. Look for more price reductions, rebates, etc. on both guns and ammo in the future.

Oh nice! I skipped on the Shield due to the trigger issue when I had (related to me personally). Maybe a PPS is in order!!!

I went with the PPS for a variety of reasons, among which was the trigger. The new M2 version has even better ergonomics than the Classic model that I carry.

I like the classic better. I find it had a better trigger, better grip (both texture and interchangeable), better mag release (that shelf below the M2 release isnt a great idea. I even liked the way it looked better. However, I don't dislike the M2 and feels better all around than the Shield

I had a pps and parted with it as I was looking for a pocket gun and the pps (and the shield, too) is just a little too big to fit in my pocket comfortably. Otherwise, I found the PPSm1 to be like shooting a compact, not a subcompact, which is high praise.

I'm really pleased with my Walther PPX. The PPQ has the same smooth trigger and awesome grip. Can't go wrong with Walther.
