Taurus Tracker problem. Primers with two hits per squeeze
Anyone seen primers like this before? Causes?

Just a WAG. The first mark is the firing pin hitting the primer driving the case forward and igniting the powder. The second is the case backing out of the chamber and striking the firing pin.

Not at all familiar w/the Taurus,,but it almost looks like the hammer is rebounding in recoil, the cylinder unlocking and revolving a degree or so and then the hammer restrikes the firing pin on it's return w/ the lesser hit.
just my guess

I have never had a Taurus apart. A couple years ago I saw a 44
Taurus that had pin strikes on the web of the chambers. Wasn't
Interested in fixing it for the guy. According to him it only did
this in D/A mode.
