Default Mystery Custom Colt Stocks by (or for) Blake

A recent find, these are for a Colt I/E-frame and of quality comparable to any of the finer custom grips from the famous makers of the past. Anyone know who Blake might be?

Maybe this fellow?
Blake Pratt

Gunsmithing Services – Fog Ammo

Says his true passion is custom stocks a grips.

Just a guess of course. I don't know him or the company.

Very nice looking grips.
I'd guess the checkering was done or at least laid out w/an electric checkering tool like an MMC or similar. Just judging that on the cuts on the thumb rest.
Nothing wrong with that at all (I use one myself), it just places the age sometime after the mid 70's or so when those 'machines' came into use.

Craig, at a glance they look like Mk III grips but the shelf at top is the wrong angle and they lack the relief holes at top for the protruding side plate screw/nut Colt J-frames have on each side which functions as an additional stocks-locating pin (see photo below). They're for an E/I but lack the large half-round we're used to seeing, similar to old Fitz grips.
