Same story, both well used but nice inside --
1891 .38 Colt, LGS 100 yrs later, was full blue & I had CCH --
1906 family gun given me 1940 --
1906 from my employee 1981 $300, then my DIY TLC --
1910 my Dad's, inherited 1976 --
I'm working on lists of S&Ws, Colt percs & Conversions

I have5, but they are all clones 4 Italian and 1 German. The Cimarron 357 isn't just another pretty face and the old Sauer will out shoot it!

My favorites are the 4 3/4" guns. 1) they are four inchers 2) they are inherited guns. There are no family guns in my lineage. Ill be the first to pass them on. Im always a bit jealous when I see other people's inherited firearms...especially when they are iconic guns from the turn of last century.

That's a very nice collection of SAA's, especially that 1906 vintage example. I just got my first Colt SAA, a 5.5" 2nd Gen with ivory grips, a couple of weeks ago. It was consigned at my local shop, and I walked in right after they got it. It was bad timing money wise, but I bought it anyway. Glad I did, it shoots great.
