Thanks for the post. Although I am interested in your AR build of course, I'm more interested in your wait time.
I'm at 50 weeks today, from card being charged. Hopefully I'm getting close to stamp time. I've got three stocks, and various fore ends for my (semi,) MP5. I am not in "constructive possession" as I have a 93 also.

Great. My Colt Commando just got delivered to my FFL today. Do my paperwork next week and send it in for my stamp.

Wonder why the wait is so long all of a sudden?

Mine was a paper form 1. I sent it in the day right before the change to the new system.
Is yours a genuine HK or one of the PTR of Zenith clones?

If others were like me, they rushed to get a stamp request in before the change.
& it will probably take longer now because the online option for form 1's is gone.
So now it will be all paper work for the 1's & 4's. On top of that they will have to log the new pictures and finger prints of everyone... by hand. I think wait times will easily break a year in a couple weeks to a month.

It's literally the only hand gun I have owned that haven't even thought about getting rid of (even when it was Stock). I got rid of a Zev Glock and kept the CZ.
