Default Filled in a long time hole in my collection

I found a Winchester 9422 .22 rim fire rifle in the local gun classifieds. I have a 9422M that I have owned for over 40 years. I have always wanted a straight .22 to match it.
Seller wanted $700 or would take a 686 in trade. I emailed about a trade within minutes of the ad going up. I do have other 686s so I am not out of the 686 fold.
The seller was very interested in my 6 inch 686-1 and could meet in a couple of hours. We made plans and met.
I walked away with a 1973 production safe queen. Only wear is at the lever/receiver junction. I was tickled pink to make the trade.

Very nice and congratulations. Would love to add one in 22 magnum to my collection. I know the Winchester and Marlin levers in 22 and 22 mag. are very sought after these days.

I'd be happy with either one of those lever guns! Congratulations!

Thanks I was happy with the 22 pump Winchester, others for the 7yo grandson. I have one new Henry lever carbine, I guess I need more lever action.
