I have one that's extremely accurate, but I wish it had a little more range than the .223 offers.
If I was a "chuck" hunter, it would be mighty fine. I'm not, so this might be one of the rare ones I let go.
Does anyone else have one? If so, what are your thoughts on it?
As always, from my view it is your gun, do with it as you want to. Around here I don't have a lot of use for the 223 so I took mine and made it a 7mm tcu. I found a barrel and had it replaced, now have something I can chase deer with a better bullet weight in my view. Good luck with your choice.

I wouldn't lug that heavy thing around the woods. It's more of a 'Sit down' rifle.
It might be interesting to rebarrel it to something like 6.5 Creedmore or similar.
We can't hunt anything but varmints here with a .223 either.
Except turkey...hmmm.
