New Benchmade
Okay, I'm a Benchmade snob. Can't help it.
Picked up this knife a week ago.
Extremely light but strong. CPM S30V blade.
Lately Benchmade has concentrated on knives with bigger, fatter handles. Nice to see they didn't forget those of us that don't like fat handles!

First I've heard about the Bugout. Congratulations. I'll check it out.

I have some of them on order. It looks like a great knife that is really light. I normally carry a 5270BK auto folder.

I've carried Benchmade knives exclusively in different parts of the world for the last 20 years or so.
They're built like tanks and have never failed me.
My current EDC is a Benchmade Torrent with partially serrated blade.

I got two new ones this week myself. Glad to have them, though Lord knows I didn't need any more knives.

Nice knife. I have a few Benchmades, and that looks like one I would like (right after a mini Griptilian). Unfortunately, I just sent this month's knife money to Finland for a Jaakaripuukko to go along with my Skrama.

I'm a Benchmade fan as well. I have about half a dozen of them, but this one is my favorite. I've had it since the mid nineties at least. I think it's called a "Mini Reflex". I had to special order it to get the plain edge, as most seem to have the partial serrations:
I think that you will like your new one, I don't really like the big handles much either.
Best Regards, Les

Very cool, I watched the video of the Skrama in action. I've got to stop hanging out around here. Now it looks like there's something else I have to have!!!
Best Regards, Les

Really like Benchmades, I have a Volli and a Grizzly Creek that take turns as my daily pocket knives. I am no expert on knives but the S30V blades do everything I need and I've never had to do anything other than touch them up.
I also have an Adamas fixed blade, very sturdy D2 blade. I recommend Benchmade to anyone that may ask.
