Default Mongolian Knives

My son finally returned from his Asian tour. He brought home some knives from Mongolia that I thought I'd share. I keep the short one. The curved one is more his style than mine.

My Legion Post was recently donated two hand made Vietnam fighting knifes. They look like a "Bowie Knife" on steroids.

Funny thing about that. My uncle was with the 4th Marines in WWII an saw serious action. He left his Kabar to me, which I gave to my son. He carried it in Iraq.....We called it Street cred...my uncle would have called it Tinian, Saipan, Roy Naumur, and Iwo Jima.

That's Roi not Roy. It's an atoll. The 3500 Japanese soldiers had only 51 survivors

I would choose the bottom curved knife and sheath. Very fine craftsmanship.
