Birds Eye Maple 2 Hollow Grind Blade
I finished this one up today. This is the first hollow grind blade for me. I finished the birds eye in a lighter finish on this one and like it better. I really like the shape of the handle, it feels just right. Here are a couple of glamor shots.

Nice knife, has a good look to it. You have some talent with metal. Ever try the Schrade sharp finger? Would like to know how you grind the blade so evenly. I want to try to reproduce the sharp finger my self some day. Larry

I haven't tried a sharp finger yet. I bought myself a 2X72" belt grinder for my retirement which helps a lot in grinding evenly. But paying attention to details and learning from each blade definitely helps.

Congratulations again!
Love the contour of that handle, and the size is all I need for about 98% of anything I'd do with a knife.

Nice work OP. What steel do you use?
Is there any chance that you'll be going to Cowboy Christmas in Las Vegas this year? I'll be there working a booth for a friend who also makes knives.

I have been using 1084 high carbon steel. I just received and order of 01 Sheffield too steel, I'll be using that soon.
I try to stay away from Las Vegas Just kidding, but I don't have any plans to go but it sounds like fun.
