Default Ruger New Model Single Six production date

I just picked up a Ruger New Model Single Six convertible, .22/.22 Mag. I thought from the looks of it that it was a newer revolver that had seen some light use. From what I can gather by the serial number, it looks to be an early 70's production. Can anyone confirm the production date? The serial number is 62-328xx. Thanks in advance!

P.S.: it is old enough that it does not have the warning label printed on it.

Looks like 1973 or 1974 sir - here is Ruger's link:

Instruction Manuals & Product History

I noticed - and had forgotten - that Ruger also offers a history letter, of sorts, for $10 ...

Other questions: on the side of the revolver, it just says ".22 Caliber". Should it say ".22/.22 Mag"? Also, thus has the 4 5/8ths barrel. I've heard that the short barrel is a little more rare and can command a premium over other barrel lengths. Any guesses as to value? .22 cylinder has a turn ring, slight bluing wear on left of barrel due to holster wear, normal stuff.

1.pawn shop value " Ahhh nobody want these anymore I'll give ya 100 bucks for it but they will begrudgingly go to 150 maybe . 2.You can't find ammo anywhere but occasionally run across anywhere from 22 cb short to 22 magnum ammo invaluable .But if I had to guess I would say 500 American dollars .

Here are pics. Not the greatest, but hopefully they will help. The grips look to be in almost too good condition for a revolver this age. The left grip panel has a lot of grain whereas the right one is more plain. Makes me wonder if they were replaced at one time.
