Howdy All
Awhile back I had a post titled ".44Special ". I'm following up on that post to let you all know what I bought.

I bought a Rossi MDL 720 in excellent condition for $400 bux. A little bit more than I wanted to spend but hey it is what it is. I like the three inch barrel.

Haven't had a chance to shoot it as I just got it and it is hunting season right now. As soon as I get some rounds loaded and get to the range I'll follow up with how it shoots. Thanks again for all of the suggestions information and pictures you folks provided.

Gn- I just bought one as well, took it out for a quick ~30 round shake down cruise and took it home for a thorough cleaning and lube. Mine was a little dry on the inside, so you might want to pop the side plate and see if it needs lube. Very handy gun and I think pretty accurate. I will shoot it over bags next range trip.

Guns that start with a 4 are so much fun! Belly guns that start with a 4 are even funner! Cast bullets for guns that start with a 4, can be bought by the 1000, 5000, or special ordered by the TON. That is a lot of fun!

Gunnut: I found a 720 Rossi a year ago last Aug. for $325. Solidly made! I really like the caliber & never knew these existed until I stumbled across one at a gun show. Mine has a fluted cylinder & outside hammer. Have over 400 rounds of my cast 205gr SACO bullets thru it.

Morning all
My post was moved here as I had placed the original post in the wrong forum which broke the forum rules so next time I'll know.

I'm not too savvy as to how to post a picture but will do so if/ when I figure it out.

The 3 inch barrel is exactly what I wanted. Looking forward to shooting it and will report back with results.

I recently bought a 720 Covert 3” bbl and factory bobbed hammer. They really are a nice little revolver.
I’ve read not to dry fire them because they are prone to hammer nose breakage.
IIRC Jack First offers replacements if you ever need one.
Good luck with your new blaster.
