Buckeye Burl and Chakte Viga
The type of wood scales on my latest knives. This is the first time I've used the Viga. I understand it's used for inlays and musical instruments. It machined and took hand sanding well.
Hope you like these .
I purchased a smaller wheel for my grinder so I can get a tighter radius for the blade/scale intersection.

Of course I don't know which is which but the green wood is absolutely COOL!!!

The top photo is the burl and the bottom is the viga.
The buckeye does make an impression

Well I like both knives,I like all kinds of knives I have a few myself.You do very good work making handler for knives.
