An unbiased 22 pistol shoot
Warmed up each pistol with the first magazine into/at the swinging can .....ten rounds on target (422 was the sleeper)....

I don't know why they dropped 422 series it was a winner and is
a sleeper. It also looks like a real gun.

looks to me like your tightest group by far is a revolver, top left. What's that one? No bias.

The tightest group was with a cheating red dot....422 is still the winner. Shooting a revolver would've been biased.

Looks to me like there were only two pistols worthy of shooting there. An ammo change is in the works, or a sale...

Not a revolver, but a revolver outshooting a semi is not surprising, sights are on the barrel, not slide, and never move in relation to barrel. Notice how many target pistols have barrel mounted sights.
One thing I find interesting is in every .22lr/.22wmr handgun where I can match pairs (43c/351c, LCRs, Pathfinders, Black Widow convertable) the Long Rifle with its 131 year old heel bullet outperforms both the WRF and WMR in terms of accuracy at least to 75 feet (that's where the sand trap is).
Maybe the fact I shoot Standard Velocity in longer barrel revolvers and only High Velocity not Super or Hyper in short barrels, and the projectiles never deal with crossing the sound barrier?

Well Hells Bells forrest....using your reasoning I'd have to sell everything!
With shaky hands and weak red eyes any of those pistols have won the challenge on different days. I'm not a good shot or consistent. I did change ammo in midstream, don't know why (miswired affliction)? Bottom three targets were CCI
Mini-Mags.... others were Aguila super extra.

This old man with advanced cataracts and shaky, crippled hands finds those groups pretty damn satisfactory. I envy you the good time you had shooting them.

There isn't too much more fun than a tin can for a target, either hanging or rolling around on the ground.

wish you could of been here!
Can shooting is one of my favorites....center a can and it won't hardly wiggle. Shot an inch or so below and it'll launch.
Here's some pics of my shot-up lawn from can shooting.

What a fun day! We all know how much different ammunition can affect accuracy so, tell us about your selection for the test.

I was pretty much expecting that to be true until this 48 came along to upset that thinking.
Tin cans and golf balls are favorite targets of mine

I have had two M422s. Both were good shooters. I need to find another one.
