Default My First Beretta

I've watched those guys at AIM Surplus advertising their Italian police trade-in Berettas (tempting me) for slightly over $300, but this latest sale finally convinced me to get one.

With shipping and FFL fee it's still just $300 and change.

Italian Beretta 92S 9mm Pistol Standard Grade

Anyone else give in ?

Great handgun for the money! I picked one up at a local gun show and really like it!

Will you change the locking block for the latest style? How much will that cost?

Apart from the old locking blocks cracking with use, these guns seem a great value.

I got one of the Aim 92S's too. Good shape & shoots well.

From what I've read on the locking blocks, I'm gonna ride
with what's in there.

I picked it up today. I knew it was going to be good when my FFL looked at me with a serious look and said "it's VERY nice!"

There is finish missing from the outer edges of the trigger guard and in another few small places . The barrel and slide still have all of their bluing without blemishes. Inside is just as good or better than outside.

Thanks for all the input. I value it.

Birchwood-Casey "Aluminum Black" worked on mine,
for the worn anodizing, and toning down the import
mark.

I bought one at $300 from J&G awhile back that honestly you really can't tell from new. Years from now people will IMO be in disbelief at these prices!
