Call the Library of Congress, 202-707-5000, talk to Customer Service and explain in detail what you are looking for. I would be greatly be surprised if they cannot furnish a photo copy of that poster. The Library of Congress has archived virtually every document ever printed in the U.S., military and historical documents of all sorts, etc. I am sure you could obtain a copy of Judge Learned Hand's opinion in this case also if you wanted to read it in detail.
Several years ago I obtained a copy of the "After-action Report" from the "Battle of Fisher's Peak"** which occurred in 1858 as I recall. At that time there was no charge, including postage!
** Commanded by Major, later General Carleton and scouted by Christopher "Kit" Carson, later Colonel Carson. Carleton was one of those Army officers who was ubiquitous in Indian Wars history! He showed up all over the west during the 1850s-1870s.
