Default Strange stampings on a Python

My lgs has a Python for sale with some stampings on the front of the frame and one on the barrel that matches the first one on the frame.
Anyone have a clue?

Crystal ball is out of batteries . Photos would help, but could be foreign proof marks.

Looks like Geman proof marks, eagle with N for nitro powder proof and that criss cross shield is proof house Munich. Gun was brought back from Germany.

You can also see the importer stamp on the frame under the cylinder.

It wouldn’t for me. In fact, I’d be more interested.

But given the prevalent “Cult of the Python”, it most likely will for serious aficionados, and definitely collectors.
