Default Case

I got two Case knifes for Christmas last year. A navey blue med copperlock and a muskrat. I have been carrying copper lock this week . (Strong side rear pocket) .I noticed last night while putting all my edc stuff on dresser. The red Case Logo is missing. Hmm not in pocket either. So I am going to send to mothership. Its not the same with out the logo in my book. And its not a ten dollar knife either. Its not abused or damaged. Looks like logo just dropped out of scales. Any have any stories about shipping back?. The blade as I mentioned in letter is in same condition as when Santa brought it lol

The Case emblem used is part of the overall character of their knives. They need to make it right. Maybe if you call them, they can mail you a replacement. A drop of Super Glue and you're all fixed up. It's a shame to even have to spend postage money on what is basically a new knife. Others here have commented on quality issues on new Case knives. I for one take note of the issues. My two Case's are not for EDC, they are carried when I'm wearing a suit, and that is not all that often. The last time one was in my pocket was May 5th, my nephew's wedding.

I have heard that they will ship you a shield for free if you give them some information from your knife. That way, they will know what shield too send you. Over all their years, they have probably only used 1000 different ones.

Default Case

I've lost 2 over the last couple of years. From what I can tell it's only a friction fit. I sent them an email, they responded needing the knife number. In a couple of day the shields arrived by mail with instructions to affix with a drop of epoxy. No charge for the replacements.
