Default 3" speed six in . 38 special.

Really a nice looking gun, 95%. Would $375 OTD be a fair or good or great price.thanks as always for your excellent advise. I think I'm going to go get it, but I do appreciate your honest impressions. The 3" really caught my eye.

You will find it is actually 2 3/4" barrel. Great guns - about the best Ruger ever made.

I would consider it a fair to very good price depending on condition. they also came in blue and stainless steel and .357 Magnum and 9mm.

Default Buy it

Don’t walk-run! Buy it! I recently paid $500 for a super nice .357 version and felt lucky to get it. I carry .38+p in it so it really doesn’t matter if it’s chambered for .38. Buy it,these are Rugers best.

3 inch versions, vs. the 2 3/4 versions, seem to bring a premium. I'd grab that in a heartbeat.

Thumbs up I GOT MINE

A 2 3/4" in 357 for almost that much $, & not 95%, a good 8 years ago. SO TODAY for a great gun no longer produced, in 95%??? HECK YEAH.

Just to tide us all over until your pictures are up, here's a 2 3/4" .357 Speed Six.

$375 is a steal, even if it's the .38 only version.
