Yup. I bought one a few months ago.
They are very reliable and consistent handguns.
Built like a tank. Not the greatest trigger action, but not terrible either.
A very utilitarian solid gun that seems to eat anything you feed it.
On a semi-related note, I also have a 94DC in 9mm and the only issue I've ever had with it is that minimum power handloads may not cycle that great big ol' honkin' stainless steel slide 100% of the time. But that shouldn't be an issue with the 45acp. Even the lightest handloads ought to have enough umph to cycle it every time.
If its in good shape, for $300 it would be a decent buy. Especially if it comes with a couple of magazines.
The Ruger P-Series pistols may be the most underrated handguns of all time. At 3 bones it's a steal... an utterly indestructible steal. My P-95 (the 9mm version of the P-97) has endured every type of abuse that I could reasonably inflict on it over 20 years (including large amounts of IMI submachine-gun ammo) and remains good to go. The durability of these guns simply cannot be overstated.
