Carved ivory
Just received these today. They are outstanding. And they feel good in the hand. All you perverts can click the pics for more detail.
I think it was Jerry Seinfeld's girl friend, upon dumping ole Jer, that proclaimed " they are real and they are spectacular.".

The scene reminds me a little of a stylized, more ethereal version of Botticelli's painting of Venus's birth, where the goddess is depicted as standing on a seashell.
Ivory is pretty, but is VERY expensive, is heavy, and it yellows and it cracks.
Yes, H. Richard, I noticed the Colt. I'm not one of these guys who can't see anything but the girl in a picture.
Hey: I even determined the brand and blade length of the machete in Ana Beatriz Barros's bikini bottom in that pic where she's standing in a jungle river, holding onto a vine or branch above. It CANNOT be shown here, but if you Search under her name, you'll probably find it. Oh: Tramontina, round butt, black handle, on that machete, probably an 18 inch blade. Like Ana Beatriz, the machete was made in Brazil.

I have always had a soft spot for carved ivory and the style goes well with the old Colt.
