Default Need Help Identifying Non-Smith

I know this is a Smith & Wesson website, but you guys have a wealth of knowledge about firearms. I need identification of this derringer. Looks like it was refinished and the manufacturer might have been removed. Thanks in advance.

Yes it says "Made in Spain." Other marks:

Shield with a "C" in it

"E1109" on frame and barrel

"N-F" on barrel

Eclipse shape containing "22C" on barrel (It's definitely 22LR

"I1" on barrel

Some other small marks, can't make out.
