Very nice! I hope the factory grips fit your hand well enough.

For me, the stock grips were way too small. I changed to a larger and more comfotable grip right after I purchased the Security Six - in 1979:

Who makes those grips? I have a Security Six that needs bigger ones.

I purchased those grips in 1979 and still have the original receipt and package. The grips were purchased on 9/11/1979 for a grand total of $19.95.

They were made by a company in the Philippines, simply named "Grips", that is no longer in business. I've searched for the company with no results.

They made nice grips, and I wish they were still around....

Found these at Numrich and like them pretty good.

Back in the 70's the go-to wood grip for the Ruger S6 series was the Herrett Shooting Star.
