does anyone else still make them? beside the 410/45 revolvers.

Ruger does. They make a version of the GP100 known as the Match Champion and also there are variants of the Redhawk revolvers with partial underlugs too. On Ruger's website, they also list some dealer exclusive models too with what you are looking for.
