Rossi seems to have a good system in place. I went on-line and typed in my contact info along with the serial number and model of the revolvers to create a work order. In a follow up call, a customer service agent, Ray, told me that when the replacement parts get here from Brazil, Rossi will send out shipping labels and get to work with the inspections and fixes as necessary.

I have a R46103 that's affected, had not heard of this until I received a letter in snail mail from Rossi this week. Oddly, this makes we want to go out and shoot it! But I'll wait. Agree so far their process seems to be good, but the proof will be in the corrective action.
