Default Chamber Reaming for CCI Snake Loads, 38 Spl

I just picked up an FIE Derringer, a nice, medium frame 38 Spl, but it won't take a CCI shot shell due to the chamber throats are too sharp to allow that square blue (or red, now) shot capsule to fit, comes up 1/4" shy.
Ideas?
(I have a thing for derringers and shot shells or snake loads, I can't help it!)

I wouldn't hesitate to ream a FIE out to fit shot caps. I would do
it myself because it might be the cost of the gun to have smith do it.
