Default Steerhead Handles

These stocks were recently gifted to me. I really like them, but would like to know more about the company ... Los Gatos Grip and Speciality Co.

I think they may be 60's era handles. Not sure of the composition. The other side is plain...

Ah yes, there's nothing like a nice pair of handles on a nice looking
revolver.

They look like Ivorite or something similar. And they look very nice on that handsome sixgun.

I saw a pair in ivory this weekend at the Colt Collectors Assoc show in Charlotte. the best looking steerhead ivories I have ever seen. the seller liked them more than me, $3500. no gun. I have a pic on my phone I will post if I can figure it out.
