Default Chinese Type 56 Question

I have a '58 manufactured Type 56 that I want to start reloading for.Trouble is the locking surface on the bolt is beat up so the rifle has excess headspace.Anyone here know someone who can weld up the locking surface of the bolt and re-heat treat it?

I'd just look for a replacement bolt, freely available last I looked and not expensive.
