Default Anyone shoot the Beretta 92 Elite LTT

Lots of good spin on the Beretta 92 Elite LTT pistol from the internet. Is it that much better to shoot than a regular 92F?

No idea my friend, however I would travel for the opportunity to shoot any Beretta that has had the Earnest Langdon touch.

I hear - read that his trigger jobs are the best available.....
On the 92 series as well as the PX4
Both of which I own (non Langdon versions).

Funny you should ask, just now! Last Wednesday a retired LEO friend brought one to the range. First, it's an attractive gun; has nothing to do with shootability, but, hey, I bought a Beretta Neos for the sole reason that it is a Giugiaro design I can afford!

"Better" is in the hand of the beholder. Very very good, for sure. As with all Berettas, it is more accurate than I am capable of shooting. I set a 25cm steel target at just over 10 meters and fired two-hand, strong-hand and weak-hand, some 38 rounds. Never missed. Recoil was very light. So light, in fact, that if I hadn't heard the target ring (with all the other shooting going around me at time) I could not have been sure it fired. Ammo was 124-NATO.

Owner said it was $1300 or so. When I can buy a perfect 92FS for under half that, I'd have a hard time justifying it. However, it you can REALLY make use of the features, it's worth it.

I have shot one and they are nice but not $1100 or so nice.

I would much rather spend the money on a couple of M&Ps or Glocks and spend the rest on ammo.

You aren't super cool until you get yourself a Kendo Samurai Edge.

Just a bit of a joke. They were featured in the Resident Evil video game series, custom 92's for the special operations team of Raccoon City. Popular enough that Japanese air gun manufacturers have made and sold many models after them, and US shooters can even get custom parts ordered to put on their firearm 92's for fun. Not a high end custom gun like you asked about, but sooper kool. Also an obscure reference, I suppose.

Not the Langdon LLT but I do have a Wilson Combat 92G Centurion Tactical...... and a few guns worked on by Josh at Allegheny Arms and Gun Works....... along with Langdon Tactical probably the 3 best shops to work on Beretta's.

Standard 92 series run like swiss clocks, accurate & reliable as the sun so not sure what one is getting for the extra mulla. I'm sure they are nice though!
