Funny you should ask, just now! Last Wednesday a retired LEO friend brought one to the range. First, it's an attractive gun; has nothing to do with shootability, but, hey, I bought a Beretta Neos for the sole reason that it is a Giugiaro design I can afford!
"Better" is in the hand of the beholder. Very very good, for sure. As with all Berettas, it is more accurate than I am capable of shooting. I set a 25cm steel target at just over 10 meters and fired two-hand, strong-hand and weak-hand, some 38 rounds. Never missed. Recoil was very light. So light, in fact, that if I hadn't heard the target ring (with all the other shooting going around me at time) I could not have been sure it fired. Ammo was 124-NATO.
Owner said it was $1300 or so. When I can buy a perfect 92FS for under half that, I'd have a hard time justifying it. However, it you can REALLY make use of the features, it's worth it.
