Default Czech revolver

Soon to be imported by RIA.

Six shot 9 mm, one of their many offerings.

Looks a little clunky, but substantial.

Czech Point 6" .32 S&W Long Revolver
These were on auction sites last summer but I haven't seen one lately. I would want to see one in person but I cannot fault CZ or much else built there.

They are most likely built like a tank and perform well.
But they just don't appeal to me. The looks, style, construction.
The looks kind of remind me of some of the RG (Rohm) revolvers and others of the pre-68 days. But I guess a lot of newer stuff is getting that 'look' now.
I don't even care for the new style Smiths, or most any of the Ruger DA's.
I'll stick with the older Smith, Colt and some Ruger stuff. Seems to still be plenty of them around.

Not being snobby, just my preference.
Everyone has one and is welcome to it.

I have shot them. I do love special the .22 version. Shoots great. The woodengrips on the Alfa revolvers are great. I do not know if these grips are availeble in the USA to. They produce good quality revolvers for a good price.

I did wrote an artikle about them 2 years ago. Found pictures of them in my messy computer.

Picturs random. All kinds of grips. Alfa does produce more then revolvers only. The matchrevolver. and a insight of the technik.

The crane/yoke looks similar to a Charter Arms product, functional but not nice looking. Probably works fine. It must be a K frame or equivalent size to hold six 9 mm rounds.

"Chci to a potrebuji to!"

You probably don't need one but it's ok to just want one too.

The machining, fit, and finish look very good. I'd sure look at one when available.

They've been available up here in Canada for a few years.I've even tried a few 9mm revolver and 38 spl in .357.One guy(the one with the 9mm revolver) was nice enough to let me look into the innards of his gun.
Pretty well built.Parts are well fitted and for a gun that sells aprox 25% less than a S&W up here, they seem to be a very good value for the money.
The one I shot was accurate,on par with a S&W at 20 yds(handheld) and while the frame seemed to me to be a little teensy weensy bit smaller than a K frame,it was still easily controlable.
S/A and DA was a little harder than my self tuned S&Ws but very much comparable to my Ruger revolvers.
Would I buy one?If I wouldn't already have so many handguns, yes I would! The price is right plus lifetime warranty.

Is yet another 9mm at this price point really filling a market need?
ALFA proj makes an interesting design revolver. Given their product line, if an importer/distributor truly knowledgeable about the revolver market wanted to address a market void, they could possibly look at their Sport model 3863. This is a "target" revolver available in 38 spl and 32 S&W long.
It may not be truly competitive with a Pardini, Walther GSP-C, or Manurhin MR-73, but, it costs substantially less.
Considering the premium that many S&W Forum members would pay for a K-32, that suggests to me that such a revolver would be a wise choice to bring to the US market.

The CZ 58 store has sold them before, just be aware that certain models have an alloy frame (I think zinc) which is so-so for a gun,the .357 mag and I think the 9mm versions have a steel frame.

I almost brought one but I'd have to get it parked to survive me carrying it.

Might be nice to have another 44spl option if they chamber it.
