I could see a A01 holding 15 rounds of 10mm, but the pictured A01 C I doubt would hold more than 12 or 13. My FNS 9 with the .40 conversion slide and mag holds 14+1 rounds of .40 in a full size frame. My friend's HK P2000 holds 12+1

Yeah, I think the depth of that slide in the zoomed photo means it's not the same as the first photo and it is one of the custom Dan Wesson 10mm that they also market.

Agreed. I have a SP01 Shadow 9mm that is just amazing. For under $800 shipped and transferred I got a SA trigger as good or better than any 1911 I have fired, and a DA trigger as good or better than any K frame I have. Excellent sights, 16+1 with the flush magazine and 19+1 with the extended mag.

I've been praying for a CZ97 sized CZ 10mm for quite a long time.

Looks like CZ is making their own Bren Ten, complete with the hefty price tag.

Every time I shoot my SP01 .40, I think it should have been the full 10 in stead of 10 kurz.
But custom shop will be very expensive.

For a long time, EAA has been selling the Tanfoglio Witness (large frame), which is fundamentally a Bren Ten in most respects, available in about any caliber you want, including .40 and 10mm. I have owned one (set up for 9mm, .38 Super, and .45 ACP ) for over 10 years, one of my favorites. Caliber changes take less than a minute. Only downside is its weight, but even that is beneficial for the heavier calibers. I have no interest in .40 and 10mm. But if I did, I'd just order a 10mm slide, .40 and 10mm barrels and the appropriate magazines.

Witness Match in 10 mm one of my favorite 10’s. Great ergonomics and a 15 round mag with a sweet single action trigger.

My EAA Witness 10mm 14+1, has been reliable and accurate. For under $500 (couple of years ago)..I'm good.
I bought the EAA 'cuz CZ didn't offer one in 10.

I have had mine since they came out. Think I paid $330 for it in wonderfinish. It is quite heavy, but I shoot it well. I was thinking mine held 16, but maybe it is 15+1, can't remember.

Mine is not the Match version, but I have slicked up its trigger a bit, not too difficult to do. Friends have marvelled at how nice the single action pull is. I have one friend who bought a Witness after shooting mine just because he liked the SA trigger feel so much. To me, the key selling point of the Witness is how simple a caliber change is. For the most part I shoot 9mm and .38 Super (use the same slide) in mine, only occasionally do I shoot .45 ACP. There is also a .22 conversion available, but I don't need that.

Aah. found it on Flakebook. Didn't see anything about 15 rounds though. If so, and it had a decocker, I'd be quite interested.

Ever since the CZ-97 was introduced there have been desires and rumors of it being chambered in 10mm Auto. My impression of the very few CZ-97's that I have seen is that they, like the CZ-75, are overbuilt for the caliber for which they were designed. EAA was successful with their large frame Witness being chambered in 10mm Auto, I don't see why CZ could not make their CZ-97's in 10mm Auto.

Only thing I found with my Witness, the factory recoil spring was too weak for the 10mm. You could feel that strange delay on recoil where the slide slammed into the frame. Upgraded it to a wilson 22 or 24 lb spring (don't remember) and it has shot great ever since. Not sure if they put the wrong spring in mine or if that weak spring was standard.

From the horse's mouth.
Called them and it's on the 97 platform. (so it's not the 1st pic above)Flush mag is 10+1, baseplate mag is 14+1
No pricing yet, but it will be available in both safety and decocker models.
They're all getting ready for ShotShow so everyone's running around for that.

I bought a pack of Wolff springs of different strengths for mine, found out which ones work the best for each of my calibers/loads. I keep each spring in its own marked plastic bag so I know the strength of each spring. I happened to have a standard recoil spring for a Beretta 92, found that it also works very well for use with 9mm in the Witness.

Wolff list factory as 14lbs. I went for 22lb in mine to try to stop sending my brass into, well I don't know where they went..

RIA makes a 10mm double stack 15+1.
ROCK Ultra FS HC - 10mm | Armscor International, Inc
I have the single stack version and it is a great shooting gun, runs like a top. Finish wise it is not a Colt but for the ~$500 I paid for it no complaints at all.

I dunno, I get the impression that 14 pounds is the only recoil spring they install in any of their pistols, regardless of caliber. I could be wrong. My TZ-75 Series 88 had a 14 pound spring and +P ammo was the only thing that it would reliable eject.

I like my $600 Springfield xdm 10mm. 15+1. 100% reliable with factory stuff, both FBI light and full power. 100% with my equivalent hardcast handloads.
