Default Buck Knife Model 124 in boot ad

In a Bowie thread here, member eveled (sp?) asked about an article I wrote about the Nocona boot ad with Buck Model 124 knife, done by an artist with an eye for detail.

I don't regard Model 124 as a Bowie, but it is a fine heavy duty knife, if the handle isn't too thick for your hand. I should have probably asked if their custom shop could thin the handle to the thickness of my Models 119 and 120. Of course, it may fit fit your hand better, anyway.

Here's that ad. Click for a larger view. The artist told me that he used an actual Model 124 as he created that art.
