I think I'll pass on this one?
I like a good challenge but this might be a little extreme. Came with a note saying "Found this in the ditch and thought you might like a challenge". I have no idea who sent it but it may be just a little to far gone. I'll have to check my books later but I think its US Revolver company mid to late '30's.
Should I bother trying to find all those missing parts or just hang it on a nail and move on?

I think the nail idea is best. There may be some value in the grips, as from the picture they look to be in good condition.

If you have the time and some junk parts it might be something to make a single shot out of, sort of like the Ruger Hawkeye. Or hang it on a nail

The grip on the left looks broken at the top, or is that a camera thing?

Good eye. And it is not a camera thing.

Take it to a gun show in my area and lay it out with a $$$MEGABUCKS$$$ price tag. You will fit right in with the rest of the dealers.

Years ago I had a buddy that ran a gunshop, he bought all types of junky guns working or not, Jennings, Ravins, old Saturday night specials, old single shot .22s and shotguns and threw them in a barrel. He never paid more than $5 and when the local police had their semi annual buy back day he would sell them to the cops. He always made money

Why waste a perfectly good nail?
Drop it in the trash and move on with life.

Took a close look at it and its a .32 rim fire. No parts and no ammo so its over. Anybody want the hammer, pivot screw or right grip and screw?

Got to know when to hold them and when to fold them. That's a fold.

Looks like it was stripped down and given to a kid as a toy gun. Then he lost it.
