Default Anyone ever heard of a revolver made by a company called Fabico?

I got to talking with a customer and the subject of guns came up. She has a small .22LR revolver made by Fabico called a model 4. I did a search and came up empty. Her dad was U.S. Navy right around the Korean era and may have gotten it overseas. It has import/export proof marks, but I have no idea what they mean. Any info appreciated so I can give her some insight into her fathers gun.

Fabico is a German made revolver. These were real cheap guns imported by an out of business guy in Jacksonville FL in the 60s. They are similar to a Rohm 10 but not much better and valued at $100 in EXL condition.

They can be encountered on the larger auction sites upon occasion. Value is, as said, about $100. in excellent condition.

Thanks for the info, guys. I haven’t handled it and only have the picture she sent me, but it did look to me like a revolver version of a Jennings or Bryco Saturday night special. What made me curious was there was no information on the web.

I believe Fabico was actually the name of the importer. They importer a number of lower quality firearms from Germany and Italy.
