More pretty guns
Well, the last thread was fun, you can see it here:
http://smith-wessonforum.com/firearm...ndow-shop.html
Let's do it again.
Star Model S .380 ACP with Ajax custom rosewood grips showing differently in different light -
Browning HP - I like this one because of the wood grips I found for it:
Beretta Model 81 - I like all of these "Cheetah" guns; this one doesn't have the square trigger guard so it's better looking than my M85 but doesn't shoot nearly as well - so which is actually prettier, right?:
And, last but not least, and in my humble opinion the best looking gun on the planet, the SIG P-230 .380 ACP:

Elegant, to be sure. I carried one off-duty for a lot of years, and still have one, though I admit it's a little outdated by today's standards. I'm still looking for a set of factory walnut grips for it.

True. But just "a little" outdated. If I am inclined to tote a .380 that's my choice.

Pretty much a nutsforsmiths copycat.
I agree they are fun pistols(also very accurate).
Beretta 71(my first firearm ever bought brand new in 1979) and Walther PPK. Both in .22LR.

My brother’s 9 1/2” Single Six that he left me, I bought him the holster years ago.
A nickel Kit Gun.

@ walter o and ME94.
I did "like" your posts(if I didn't like Smith & Wessons I would not be in this forum ). But, this is the "other firearms" sub forum. Show us your "other stuff".

Pretty mysterious
I have this Aldo Uberti 1873 carbine replica in .22, it has a nickeled receiver and it is a "dead ringer" of the only original .22 "73" pictures I ever saw .
The thing is. I never saw this in any Uberti catalogs(only .22 version I ever saw was the 1866). I bought it 2nd hand and know nothing about it's past history.
Here it is.
PS. Also have a "normal" Uberti 73 carbine in .44-40. One of these days I will pick it up from the "vault" and take pictures of it.

Kimber 1911. A 25th anniversary gift from my wife, hence the grips.
Sig 232 SL. Never carried it or shot it so I traded for a G19.
Sig 226. From the mid 90s, refinished.
BHP, refinished myself.
S&W 686+ in 3 inch. Not so pretty as it is unusual, at least to me.

I agree that a 3" M686+ does have a racier, prettier look than a longer or even a shorter barrel 686.

S$W 696-1
Another Safe Queen, bought several years ago.
Circa '99 S&W Model 696-1 Revolver, Swing Out Cylinder Hand
Ejector, 44S&W Special Cartridge, 5 Shot. Stainless Steel made,
Frame type "L" Round Butt Grip Frame, 3" Barrel, Adjustable
Rear Sight/Red Insert Front Sight, Uncle Mike's Synthetic
Finger Groove Grips.
I enjoy this prior Safe Queen, and Shoot it often. I'm very
careful with it.
My Plinking Reload for this is: 240gr Lead RNFP / 5.0grs Alliant
Red Dot / CCI LP #300 / Winchester brass / FPS 800?
