My First Large Randall Made Knife
I have a nice little collection of Randalls, but I never felt the urge to get one of the larger sized examples (until now). Here is my newest and by far largest. I added a picture of the Bowie next to a full size Buck 110 and a quarter to show the relative scale, but you have to see it in person to really get the full effect. It's a Model 12-11" Smithsonian Bowie with 5 options. I tried to play around with it and almost chopped my arm off......

Great looking knife. I have a large collection of Case knives and have looked over the Randall's many times at a local dealer always being able to talk myself out of one so far. I would not want to use it just as I have done with a bunch of other nice knives I have. Never been that way with guns as I only buy to shoot them. Here are a couple of case knives I picked up recently at a pawn shop.

Yea the Smithsonian Bowie...
Certainly not very practical, but I like the hell out of mine. Just the ticket for gutting out a gun control effort.

I’ve wanted to order a big Randall Bowie but can’t decide which one. I really like yours. Is the top tip of the blade sharpened on yours?

That's a nice one, OP. Many other good-looking ones in here too. I'm waiting for my model 14-7 to arrive. I love Randall Made Knives.

They’re very beautiful knives- and some real eye candy in this thread. I’m fortunate enough to own two myself.

That's a "pretty" large Randall. Like many here I have developed an interest in Knives. I really like fixed blade hunting knives, but I don't hunt anymore and have never hunted big game. Anything I ever hunted could be cleaned with a pocket knife. However, I have bought three nice Randalls and just got another from my friend for being his best man. I really can't justify them, but I get them out and admire them. If I pursue this Randall thing I'm going to have to get me a book on them and learn more about them. Here three of my four.
