Default New Carbine

I have wanted an 1894 with a Climbin' Lyman for many years. Most I see are on really high dollar Sporting Rifles. I recently found an affordable SRC with the Lyman 21. It is only the second one I have seen in this configuration, since the sight requires removal of the saddle ring to operate.

Regards,
Bruce

Fantastic!........"Climbin Lymans" are often seen on Winchester 95's or Remington 8's & 81's. Great Catch.

Precision Rifle, once had an article about a rare '92 takedown in 25-20 with factory engraving and a factory installed Lyman 21.

Tom,
Back in the 80's, I collected Model 94 Special Order Sporting Rifles. At that time, I could get one with two or three options for about 450. Decided to go back to college in my later 20's and wound up selling one a month to get by. I wound up paying myself back with S&W's New Carbine
