Glock 19. Not sure which Gen, though. Gen 3, probably.

My Generation 1 model 19 has been nothing but reliable thru many, many thousands of rounds. My Generation 2 model 26 as well, with less rounds total thru it. I have owned a fair number of semi-auto handguns in my life, and shot a lot more, and its is the rare pistol that does not experience a malfunction, even if only once in a "blue moon", if it is shot enough. Still waiting for it with those two...

I liked my G23 .40 S&W that I had on issue. Now in civilian life, it's a G17 I shoot the most.

Probably a Glock 19 Gen 4 or 5. However, the Glock 26 is extremely versatile in that it can use Glock 19 and 17 magazines in addition to the standard 10 round Glock 26 magazines. If I were limited to only one model, the Glock 23 and 27 would receive careful consideration as well. With the proper conversion barrels and magazines you have one pistol that capable of firing .40 S&W, .357 Sig, and 9mm.

My Glock Gen3 G27 followed by my Gen4 G30. The 27 wins in terms of concealed carry.

I would vote for a model 23 or 32 Gen 4. I would have 40, 357 Sig and a 9mm conversion barrel.
However, I recently purchased a model 19 Gen 5, and with the redesign and curved slide and frame, it might knock the 23/32 off the list. This new Gen 5, 19 really is a solid contender.....

I'd go with a Gen4 G27, along with some extended mags.

My G26, since it conceals well and shoots great. Like my G20 and G19X, too, but if I could only have one, the G26 gets the nod.

A toss up between my 29.4 and 26.5.
The scales probably tip in favor of the 26.5 because of the flexibility of different mags, 10-33 rounds, that also fit my AR pistol.

I don't own any Glocks, (yet) but if I could only own one, then it would probably be the Model 32 in .357 SIG, since it can be converted with ease to .40 S&W or 9mm Luger.

Currently, the closest thing to a Glock that I own is a S&W Sigma SW40VE, which is a clone of the Glock 23, but I really like it and it serves as my primary EDC pistol.

As I only own one Glock this is pretty easy. The Glock 32 Gen 4 .357 has proven to be reliable and accurate. I like it more than I thought I would. The only thing I’ll be changing is the plastic sights for a more durable set of night sights.

If just one, the G19. Most versatile in terms of size, stopping power and capacity. They are a really good gun, and 100% reliable.

Second would be the G20. Awesome gun with a whole lot of firepower. I like both of these Glocks in gen 4.

I have a Glock 29, just because I wanted something in 10 mm and at the time Glock was just about the only choice. I also have a Glock 44. It's like the perfect sized gun so The One would have to be it's big brother, the Glock 19.

For me it's the Glock 48 for one simple reason: It fits my hand while no other Glock does. I carried a Glock 22/23 as a issued duty weapon for my career and always struggled with the grip size. I would prefer it to be .40 S&W but that will probably never happen. For those whose hands accommodate them another Glock with higher capacity will probably be a better choice but I really like my Glock 48.

I have actually considered a Glock, have not pulled the "buy it now" trigger, but I would be torn between a G26 and a G19. The 26 is small and easy to CCW, but can also use any of the larger Glock double stack 9x19 mags. The G19 is a little harder to CCW, but has really good balance and the only 9x19 double stack mag it cannot use are those for the G26. Why my choice of 9x19? Because it remains the standard NATO and U.S. military caliber, the FBI (and probably a lot of other federal agencies will) has gone back to this caliber, and a lot of sheriff and police departments are going back to the 9x19. Should the zombie apocalypse ever happen, the streets will be littered with 9x19 ammo.

I don't own any Glocks... I'm an M&P/CZ fan, but have considered getting an alternative for my M&P380. I almost bought a G42, but thought it might be a bit too big for pocket carry. If I ever change my mind that'd be the most likely candidate, at least for now.

Glock 42 .380. Not too big or small for my concealed carry needs, easy to shoot well.

I might cry a little as you took my 19X though.

A Gen. 4 G-19 in each car and a Gen. 3 G-34 on the nightstand. All disposable/replaceable if I have to use them, at a reasonable expense.

If going with only one, I'd go with the G19. A really good combination of size, weight, reliability and concealability.

Plus, because it's so popular, the world's your oyster as far as aftermarket sights and holsters go.

Hard to go wrong with a G19 as an all-around good gun.

Because I am a lefty, I would choose the newest Gen.5 model 19. I have a Gen.4 19 with custom sights and trigger that is a great gun but want the ambi features of the Gen 5's. I also just purchased a Glock 45, 19 slide on a full size grip. I really like it as well.

If I could have one and only one it would be a Glock 19, Gen 3. Conceals nearly as well as the baby Glocks and shoots nearly as well and as accurately as my Glock 34.
