Default FNS-9 back from recall work

Shipped out on May 18 and received it back today. This pic shows the far left slide which is from the pistol that has the recall work done. The middle slide is from the 2nd of my pistols that will be going back next. The right slide is from the .40 caliber upper I got from CDNN as a "caliber swap upper". It has the updated striker already.

Several months back a stink arose the LE agencies who issue the FNS. Pistols had a bad habit of going "bang" unexpectedly, including when they were simply sitting loaded in a holster. FN quickly came up with a factory fix and will rapidly take care of one presented to them for repair. In my case, they paid for shipping both ways as well as quickly taking care of the repair, all at no cost to me. If you have a FNS best to contract FN US promptly, provide the serial and let them take it from there.
