Default Sig 45acp SEL 1911

Does anyone have a Sig 45acp Select? A local auction house has one for sale. In particular, is the trigger of good quality for pull weight and clean break?

Or any comments on your Sig 1911 would be helpful.

Thanks,

Willyboy

Very rare to see a horrible trigger on a 1911

Average is still better than a lot of handguns out there

Easy to find a Smith that can do a quality job on a trigger on a 1911

I think you should buy it

Thanks for the reply. If the price stays reasonable I may join the auction.

Needed some pictures! My Sig 1911. It was my 1st new online one. (if I remember right) Group photo 1911 has Sig, RIA Tactical 9mm, a Tactical II, RIA in.40 S&W, and a S&W, in 45ACP. Of course the Sig is my favorite. The RIA .40 is quite a fun gun to shoot! Bob

I am a fan of the 1911. I have owned and shot many through the years.
I still have a stable full of them. I'll say this: My SIG is the most accurate 1911 shooter for me. It has also been flawlessly reliable and a comforting companion on many, many days. Although I am more frequently these days carrying a J-frame, my SIG will never be completely out of rotation and is a constant companion during a day at the range or a trip to the city.
