Nice Ruger Triggers
The GP100 has an action job(as advertised, easy to stage). The 22/45 pistol has a crisp Flat-faced TandemKross trigger.....Both pistols are the cats-meow.....

Nothing like a good trigger to make a gun enjoyable to shoot.
Ruger SA revolver tip - The "poor mans trigger job". Remove the grips. Note there is a wire coil spring at the top of the grip frame with legs that bear aggainst studs on each side of the frame. Unseat one of these legs from the stud. Leave the other attached. Instant improvement in trigger pull. A common trick with Ruger owners, I have owned over a dozen of these revolvers, done it to all of them, and never an issue. This spring has no effect on timing or hammer fall strength, creates no "push off" issues.

A little work on my 22/45 including a TK trigger transformed the gun.

There's a similar trick with MAS 49/56 triggers. Seems that the French like "positive" trigger return on their rifles. The trigger as delivered requires both hands and braced feet.
